It is always a good idea to have a coach help when things come up. I have used a money coach, a business process coach, an accountability coach and have had coaching of various forms during my training. I have found all to be helpful and some lifechanging.
My forte is women’s issues, childhood emotional hangovers and intergenerational baggage.

As our understanding of the brain has changed, so has our understanding of things we formally may have thought of as having no scientific basis.
